1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, registering for, or participating in The Day I Decided to Take Back My Wellness Summit (the “Summit”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use or participate in the Summit.

2. Nature of the Summit

The Summit is a virtual educational and inspirational event featuring speakers sharing lived experiences, perspectives, and personal insights related to wellness.

Content is for educational and informational purposes only

Speakers are not providing medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice

Participation does not create a professional-client relationship

You are encouraged to make choices aligned with your own discernment, health providers, and circumstances.

3. Registration & Access

Registration is required to attend live sessions or access paid content

Access details will be delivered electronically

Replay access, when purchased, is for personal use only

We reserve the right to update schedules, speakers, or content if necessary.

4. Payments & Refunds

Ticket prices are clearly stated at the time of purchase

All sales are final, unless otherwise stated

Replay access and digital content are non-refundable once delivered

If you experience technical access issues, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

5. Speaker Offers & Affiliates

Speakers may share optional gifts, offers, or resources during the Summit.

Participation in any offer is entirely voluntary

No speaker is required to sell or promote

Attendees are responsible for their own purchasing decisions

Affiliate links may be used for registration, and commissions may be paid to speakers for referrals.

6. Intellectual Property

All Summit content, including videos, materials, graphics, and recordings, is the property of Oneness Wellness Lifestyles or the respective speakers.

You may not:

Record sessions

Reproduce content

Distribute materials without permission

7. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment.

Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oneness Wellness Lifestyles and Summit hosts shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the Summit.

You participate at your own discretion and responsibility.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
